Our Process — From Your Plans to Your Jobsite
One accountable team, from design to delivery. Here's how your trusses get engineered, cut, built, and set — out of our new 7.5-acre plant in North Lewiston.
How it works
Four steps, one accountable shop
We recently moved into a brand-new 7.5-acre facility in North Lewiston, running MiTek design software and components paired with an automated Spida roller gantry table.
Design
Send us your plans. Our designers model your roof and floor trusses in MiTek and return free stamped engineered drawings for permitting and the build.
Cut
Precision component saws cut every member to spec — accurate, repeatable, and ready to assemble.
Build
Trusses are assembled and pressed with MiTek steel connector plates on our automated gantry table, then third-party inspected.
Deliver
We deliver on schedule across North Central Idaho & Eastern Washington, with boom service to set trusses at plateline.
